The Ramp settings can greatly reduce the discomfort associated with inhalation of compressed air from this breathing machine. It lets the sleep apnea therapy start from a low and pleasant pressure level when the user is still awake. Then the air pressure is gradually ramped up to the correct level and the user can easily fall asleep without even noticing the increment.

Many patients may feel uncomfortable especially when breathing out against the high air pressure a sleep apnea machine gives. With Belex feature, the unit allows the user to receive lower pressure during exhalation than inhalation, creating additional pleasure for the continuous positive airway pressure treatment.

This device is an awesome work horse and can also be used to travel with once you remove the humidifier. If you need a back up CPAP for your cottage, your Rig or for your work trips, the ResPlus CPAP can be reduced in size by one half due to the detachable humidifier. One push of a button and you have two pieces. Easy to pack for that quick trip.

A water chamber large enough for two nights of use! If you like a higher humidification but dislike the chamber running dry – ResPlus has you covered! Always use distilled water for the cleanest humidification and water chamber longevity. You simply open the humidity chamber and remove the Water Chamber, fill it via the hole at the top so no need to open the water chamber until you are ready to clean it.

Everything is simple and user friendly on the ResPlus. The simple one touch on/off button makes it easy for the user to begin and end their CPAP therapy. Activate the Auto on feature so it automatically starts for you but we suggest you leave off the Auto Off for safety reasons. We like that you can operate this feature separately. If you were to stop breathing the machine would NOT stop if you leave the Auto Off feature turned to off.

With its up-to-date algorithm, The Resplus APAP machine can identify and analyze a wide range of respiratory events. And the sleep data can be reviewed on the device's screen, a windows computer ( download the PC software ).

This device may not be the most attractive or compact, but it functions very well. I have used it for a few nights and I absolutely love it. The CPAP machine is very robust and operates very quietly, making it an excellent workhorse among other machines.

One of my favorite features of Resplus CPAP machine is how quiet it is, which makes it comfortable to use without any issues. It also utilizes high-quality German technology with a silenced air channel and durable fan blades for improved performance.

Another feature I really appreciate is the ability to turn the Auto/On feature on and keep the Auto/Off feature turned off, as I don't want the device to turn off in case of breathing cessation. Additionally, the Failure Alarm is an amazing feature that provides valuable information on the device's functionality, including power failure, low voltage, airway blockage, high leak, humidification failure, and full SD card. You can easily mute the alarm by pressing a button.

I also like the fact that the humidifier is separate, which makes it easy to clean and travel with just the host machine, making it less bulky. The water chamber can be removed easily, with no need to open and close it. Other great features include a large display, stable pressure, and real-time data monitoring for 24 hours.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a reasonably priced PAP device that works well, this machine is definitely worth considering.
