Our products can be shipped to US, CA, and MX. We offer Free Shipping on all USA orders.

For USA orders, the shipment we choose is  Fedex / DHL / UPS / USPS , and it’s the fastest shipment. Express shipping delivery date take 3-7 Working Days. 

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Average Delivery Time For US Orders: 3-7 business days
Average Delivery Time For Other Countries: 10-15 business days

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to oyeah-health.com due to any reason (unable to deliver, customs rejection, incorrect address, etc), the customer will have two options:

• We will contact customers for another delivery. The customer is responsible for the second shipping cost, plus the return shipping cost.
• If the customer decided to cancel the order, we will charge 40% of restocking fee (including return shipping cost). The remaining payment will be credited to customer's credit card or PayPal account.
