Cancelation

You can cancel the order before we ship the package out, and a 4% refund processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost.

Return

oyeah-health.com will accept returns on any unopened packages within 7 days of the original delivery date, and the seal on the outer box must be intact. A 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable and any shipping fees to return the items to us will be the customer’s responsibility. Please note that any product that has been opened can not be returned. CPAP, APAP, Bipap machines and Humidifiers cannot be returned or exchanged due to the personal medical nature. 

To avoid this, we make every effort to help you be sure of the sizes and features of all items prior to purchase. We offer detailed product pages, a mask sizing guide. As always, please email us at info@oyeah-health.com if you have any doubt or question about your order before it ships.

Below are the policies and requirements for returning unopened products to Oyeah-health:

  • If the product is unopened, unused and in the original package, ship back the item to us. A 25% returns processing fee will be subtracted and the rest will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account as long as the item is in resaleable condition.
  • You must return the item within 7 days of receiving the product. 
  • Shipping costs are non refundable. Any shipping fees to return the items to Oyeah-health.com will be the customer’s responsibility.  

Customers must contact us first before return. We DO NOT accept return without aforehand communication.

Oyeah-health.com reserves the rights to refuse any return abuses.

Products Under Warranty – Defects

In the case of manufacturing defects/system faults on products under manufacturer's warranties, we will start the RMA process for you. As is the case with all other returns, you must first contact Oyeah-Health by email: info@oyeah-health.com.

Once we determine that further troubleshooting is necessary, the manufacturer will issue you a return label once the RMA process has begun so that that you can send in your machine. If you wish to get your defective item out sooner, you may ship it back to us. In this case, the customer would be responsible for any shipping costs.

Oyeah-Health is not responsible for sending replacement machines until the RMA process is complete.

Refund

We stand behind our line, all our products are backed by a 30-day exchange or money back guarantee (effective from the date of delivery) for MANUFACTRING DEFECT, PACKING ERROR, MISSING PARTS, MISSING IN TRANSIT, WRONG ITEM DILIVERED. We hold no liability for cases like normal use, malicious damage after delivery or damage result from improper using method.

 

TIPS: Before use the item, we recommend having a check to ensure the item is in good condition and is exactly what you ordered.

Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. 

If refund honored, it may take 3-7 business days to return to your payment account. Do check with your bank if not display within this period. 

After the refund is complete, it will depend on which bank/credit union was used to place the order to show the refund has posted to your account. Once the refund is complete, there is nothing we can do to speed up your bank/credit unions processing to show the refund has posted to your account. 

To complete a return/refund/replacement request, email our Customer Care team info@oyeah-health.com enclosed with the following:

1. Order number
2. Written details of damage
3. Photo proof which clearly show the damage/wrong item received

Upon receipt of the above, we will process your request and reply you within 24 hours.
