Warranty Policy

The products sold by Oyeah-health.com are backed by manufacturer warranties that protect you against manufacturer defects of materials and craftsmanship. All products under warranty are subject to a return assesment. This assesment will determine if the damage can be repaired or if the product needs to be fully replaced. Shop with confidence and security knowing that you are always purchasing a quality product when choosing Oyeah-health.com.

 

Please note: All warranty coverages are for manufacturer defects only. Misuse, physical damage and water damage to any device will not be considered for warranty replacement by the manufacturer. If inspected and it is determined that physical damage, water damage or misuse is the cause of malfunction, customer will have the option to have the machine repaired by the manufacturer (shipping cost and repair cost will be quoted and collected) or purchase a new machine of their choice. 

All Machines (CPAP, Bi-PAP, APAP) that are experiencing functional issues and are no longer under manufacturer warranty MAY be able to be repaired by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturer. A diagnostic fee (which is determined by the manufacturer and may or may not be applied to the actual repair cost depending on the manufacturer) will be collected prior to submitting the machine to the manufacturer for assessment. The customer is responsible for shipment of machine to our office.

  • CPAP machines and humidifiers: 1 year
  • CPAP masks: 30 days
  • CPAP cleaner: 30 days
  • Battery: 30 days; 

All services, including the advertisement, ordering, sale, delivery, instruction, and setup of the products, are performed solely by Oyeah-health.com and independently of the manufacturers. In case you need warranty service, please contact Oyeah-health.com instead of the manufacturers or your local dealers.
