FAQ

To change the working mode or adjust the pressure setting, you need to unlock the device first. Please follow the steps below to unlock the device:

1, Rotate the button and move the cursor to "working mode setting" icon on main interface,

2, Press the shuttle button without releasing for about 5 seconds until you hear a buzzing alarm.

3, Then the top left lock icon will disappear and you will be able to enter the parameter interface to adjust the working mode, air pressure and other relevant parameters.

After you install the software, you need to prepare a square-opening USB wire to connect the machine to your computer. If you don't have the square-opening USB wire, you can click here to buy one.
